Abstract:
Transfer of ownership from previous owners to generations the successor will present a great opportunity for the company family to take advantage of opportunities in realizing the vision and mission which has been set by the company. This research was conducted for looking at the comparison between the first generation and the second generation PT. Divisi Armada Pintusona in leading the company. Variable the comparison used in the research is the leadership style, communication style, and organizational structure applied by the first generation and second generation. The population in this study were leaders and Employees Company of PT. Divisi Armada Pintusona in the first generation and second generation. The method of determining the sample using a purposive technique sampling. This study uses a case study method as a method research and narrative analysis as data analysis techniques. Result of this research shows that differences in leadership style, applied communication skills, and organizational structure the company will experience changes in every leadership generation company.
