Abstract:
In the modem period, due to the dynamic nature of the environment, the organization is facing some challenges. One of the many challenges facing companies is to satisfy employees in order to cope with the rapidly changing environment to achieve success and maintain a competitive advantage. Employee satisfaction is related to different socioeconomic, personal factors, and factors of work itself, such as: working condition, work stress, as well as interpersonal relationship, etc. To improve efficiency, productivity and work commitment of employees. The purpose of this article is to analyze the impact of work stress, work condition and interpersonal relationship on employee satisfaction. This article highlighted the different factors that affect the employee satisfaction and used quantitative research method. The questionnaire survey was used to count the data of 119 employees of the company. Based on the output of SPSS multiple regressions analysis, the study finds work condition and interpersonal relationship have significant influence on employee satisfaction, work stress has no significant influence on employee satisfaction in PT CSCEC SAJR JO.
