dc.description.abstract The culinary business is one of the businesses that continues to grow and innovate every year, because it is a necessity for everyone in any condition. Many entrepreneurs have turned into foodpreneur because of the increasing opportunities and needs. The culinary business also continues to follow the existing trends. Like now, after the COVID-19, the trend of healthy food and frozen food continues to increase. The state of COVID-19 is changing people's habits today to like frozen food. This is an opportunity for Jurus Kitchen to update the concept from daily catering which is delivered to the concept of catering prep meal. With two needs that are very popular and needed by the community are the strength and belief of the owner of Jurus Kitchen to be a product that is strong and needed by today's society. By using the concept of Indonesian Healthy Food prep meal to be different values. Jurus Kitchen with other healthy catering. With the concept of Indonesia Healthy Food, the owner aims to introduce the diversity of Indonesian culinary delights that can be consumed healthy and practically. Jurus Kitchen not only sells products but also educates customers. Because Jurus Kitchen already has a market from Healthy Kitchen Food before, until now we are still trying to maintain relationships between customers by continuing to provide education and information related to health. With the education provided, it is one of the marketing strategies that the owner uses to create early adapters and then the late majority customer. The different value with the concept of Indonesia Healthy Food Prep Meal, which is owned by Jurus Kitchen will make this business a strong brand and have an identity. This business plan will contain a clear explanation of marketing strategies and operational plans, as well as the financial plan. And from the results made according to economic analysis was conducted such as payback period and Net Present Value (NPV), and the result of this analysis are: payback period of Jurus Kitchen is more-less around 4 months, which can be concluded this the business is profitable to be invested. en_US
