PT. LIKARSA is a company that engaged in Freight forwarding and Warehousing Rent. our client only in Indonesia and for the next project PT. LIKARSA will be expand their client around the world by using export and import market. For development of Warehousing and service, PT. LIKARSA need a connection or partners, and the first warehouse and main office located in Marunda, North Jakarta. Our company has been trusted by a lot of client. And with my development plan, this service expanding will make the company more developed and also get better trust from client. There’s a calculation in this business plan and the result is PT. LIKARSA have a potential to gain more profit. This business plan consists of part of developing services, it tells about the skills, people that will doing works in our company. For our company marketing plan, we will prepare some sales people to provide service offerings from our company at competitive prices so that our company can enter and compete with other companies that have been operating in the Sumatran area. and to enhance the consumer comfort, our company also think about the importance of consumer perspective like : consumer needs, consumer budget, comfort for consumers transaction, and communication that can be done at any time by our operators. For the financial perspective there is a bit of financial statement and calculation which lead to the financial projection of the company in order to develop the services to reach the new market in Sumatra. That forecasted financial statements include income statement, balance sheet, profitability ratio analysis. Moreover, it is resulting that this business plan will potentially gain more profit.
