dc.description.abstract Begin with the thought of “Malangan mask dance inheritance within the dancer family” researcher then prove by this research. There must be an order whether it is explicit or implicitly told within the family of the dancer. In order to explore this phenomenon into film and exteriorize it, this research supported by several editing theory to support the creative processes such as Pre-Production Process, Production Process and Post-Production Process. Interview used as the method to support the data collection of phenomenon for this research. The story for this film research is based on the imagination of the researcher, since this story is not real or fiction. Therefore, researcher decided to make the interview based on some phase that has been divided, and do observation in the original place of Malangan mask dance. This film must have completed by not only theories, but combine with the imagination that included in creative element to make the film result more enjoyable and beautiful. en_US
