Abstract:
Cikarang is a city surrounded by industrial estates that make the demand for property especially in the residential home sector rose (the most sought after) for the past 2 years. The matter can also be seen from the number of ownership of Cikarang community house is still minimal that is 71,33%, which means that Cikarang people who do not have own residential house is still a lot. As in this research will discuss some factors that affect the purchase intention of Cikarang community at home d area Cikarang. And the purpose of this research is to know the influence of physical condition, distance, environment, finance, law and psychological to purchase intention of Cikarang society at home in Cikarang area. This research is conducted to know market market or society needs Cikarang against criteria on buying interest of Cikarang society. This type of research is quantitative. The sample used in this study were 293 respondents taken from the population who live in Cikarang, where the method used in this research is the distribution of questionnaires with the scale of measurement using Likert scale. In the calculation of this research data using SPSS (version 22) as a tool that is considered valid to test a study. The result of this research concludes that physical, distance and psychological factors have significant effect on purchasing intention, while environmental, finance and legal factors have no significant effect on purchase intention. In the six variables, the most dominant variable affecting the purchase intention of Cikarang community in the house in Cikarang area is psychological variable.
