Abstract:
There are many things that must be prepared to be the best in technology-based waste management in Indonesia. Starting from expertise in a team, finance, even in terms of networking with people in the same sector. Olahaja has 2 strategies that can be implemented, the first is to continue the smart trash can for the business sector and continue to evolve to become a provider of waste management for the community, this can be achieved by reaching all sectors such as business, households and also government, so that with it could easily offer services to the public with the trust that Olahaja had already achieved. The second is to change the business model to become a service provider for waste banks to integrate all waste banks and help Olahaja in service operations so that Olahaja only becomes a medium between customers, namely the community and the waste bank, so that a good ecosystem occurs between the two things. With all the analysis of the two strategies, Olahaja chooses and recommends the first strategy, namely continuing the smart trash can and will expand to waste processing providers to the community.
