Abstract:
This research aims to solve the problem of high employee turnover rate in hospital H, determine the factors that increase hospital employee loyalty, and find feasible solutions that will provide valuable information for the future management of the organization. This research is based on the research of other scholars and the analysis of two theories-Maslow's hierarchy of needs theory and Keller's ARCS motivation model. Research shows that harmonious relationships, respect and self-worth realization are the main driving factors for improving employee loyalty. The application of the two theories in practice provides theoretical support for the research. This research will be conducted at H Hospital in Henan Province, China. Data will be collected through direct observation through semi-structured problems. The subjects of the study will be hospital managers, doctors and nurses. All data will be processed by induction. This research shows employees’ expectations of work and employers’ understanding of needs. The study started on March 29, 2021, and conducted a three-day interview with the managers, doctors and nurses of Hospital H. This research can provide learners with further practical experience and provide solutions for managers who suffer from human resource problems due to employee loyalty.
