Abstract:
In recent years, as the economy continues to grow, many companies have experienced rapid development, but at the same time, many companies have more and more labor relations conflicts between employers and employees. The objective of this research is to analyze the factors that affect labor relations so as to better solve the problem. This research collects and analyzes data according to the method of questionnaire survey. The number of respondents are 100 persons which are from two companies in China, researchers use non-probability sampling methods to collect for sampling design. In this study, tests were conducted through descriptive statistical analysis, classical hypothesis testing, multiple linear regression and hypothesis testing. According to the output of SPSS23.0 multiple regression analysis, this study found that Salary, Government Subsidies, and Working Hours have significant effect on Labor Relations.
