dc.description.abstract ABSTRACT Purpose - This study aims to find out the effect of Destination Image, Experience Quality, Perceive Value, and Trust. Design/methodology/approach – This study applied survey method and distributed in a form of questionnaire as the instrument tool. By using random sampling technique, the questionnaire was filled up by 308 respondents who have visited The Lembah Harau in West Sumatera. The data collected were analyzed with the structural equation model. Finding – It was found that: Experience Quality has a significant impact on the Perceived Value, Destination image has an impact on trust, and Perceived value has a significant impact on the relationship between Destination Image. Originally/value - For the future, Harau Valley should improve facilities and infrastructure of the tourism service and people's welfare to increase Destination Image, Experience Quality, Perceive Value, and Trust. en_US
