Abstract:
Ergonomics is a term derived from the Greek ergon and nomos meaning legal judgment into job. It is a method of designing jobs in such a way as to make work simpler for the involved. Work position is one of the factors that can influence the occurrence of musculoskeletal disorders (MSDs). The problem of this analysis the wrong worker’s posture and make improvement for the position worker posture. For this analysis using method of Ergonomics aspect are REBA (rapid entire body assessment), Kano Model. The result of using Kano Model for extent of satisfaction is 15.2, and for extent of dissatisfaction is 3, it is mean the new design tools meets customer requirement. The result of this analysis are customer satisfaction the customer is interesting for new design, for work posture testing before improvement using REBA the score is 13 it’s mean the degree of risk level is very high, that improvements must be made necessary now after doing the analysis make new design, After making the design of the tool, testing the posture of the worker using REBA, then the score of Reba is 2 which means the level of risk is low then the improvement may be necessary.
