Abstract:
COVID-19 pandemic has brought the new working style, called as Work from Home (WFH). This research aimed to analyze the Work-Life Balance of woman employees during the WFH. This study focuses on woman employees on a remote-control manufacture industry located at Kabupaten Bekasi, Indonesia. Remote Working, Work Environment, Employee Productivity, Work Family Conflict, and Work-Life Balance are variables taken for further analysis, both directly and indirectly. This study employed quantitative research by spread online questionnaire to 140 women employees from that remote-control manufacture industry who experienced WFH. The obtained data then analyzed using Partial Least Square – structural Equation Model (PSL-SEM) using the SmartPLS 3. The result obtained shown that not all variables are having effect on the Work-Life Balance. Employee Productivity on Work-Life Balance is the hypothesis that showing that employee productivity has no direct effect on Work-Life Balance, while the rest hypotheses are showing the significant result.
