dc.description.abstract With the development of Hollywood movies, they have gained widespread popularity worldwide and have become a soft power tool for communication between American diplomacy and the international community. Therefore, this study aims to explore the existence of Hollywood films and the use of American soft power in the United States through Hollywood films, and this impact is limited to 2008-2019. This research adopts a qualitative research method, and then provides a descriptive explanation of the American government's use of its diplomatic strategy in Hollywood films and the cultural ideology put in the film. Analyzing the use of American soft power in China through Hollywood films, researchers found that due to the globalized international social environment, Hollywood films have become a phenomenon in which the United States promotes cultural influence in the world. In terms of content, Hollywood movies use soft power to export American culture and ideology in China. en_US
