Abstract:
This study to determine the effect of work conflict, work stress, and work motivation on employee performance at PT. Nyata Grafika Media Surakarta. Work conflict and work stress, work motivation also become one of the cause of performance at employees of PT. Nyata Grafika Media Surakarta. The research approach used in this research is quantitative analysis. The sampling method used is total sampling with the number of respondents are 182 employees from the Production and Finishing Department at PT . Nyata Grafika Media Surakarta Data were analyzed by multiple linear regression analysis through SPSS V.23 for windows program. The results showed that work conflict, work stress, and work motivation have a partially and simultaneously significant influence on employee performance with determination coefficient of 55.7%. PT. Nyata Grafika Media Surakarta to improve employee performance has a tendency of conditions and situations of pressure in work on work conflict, environmental factors and personal factors on work stress, and achievement factors achieved, recognition of others and opportunities to advance on work motivation, because work conflict, work stress and work motivation have a significant influence on employee performance at PT. Nyata Grafika Media Surakarta.
