dc.description.abstract Since it is established in 2009, PT. XYZ works together with another companies for Shoes Industry Group in China. By cooperating with a customer competing in International shoes market push PT. XYZ to always find the most efficient way to fulfill their customer demand. Having a waste in big manufactuing process is critical since it will bring loss to the company that has to be minimized. Eliminating possible non-Value Adding Process is one of the key to reach lean manufacturing, never ending improvement must always applied in every area of manufacturing. Therefore, improvement made in final assembly area by elliminating non-Value Adding Process as a waste must be projected. By replacing the current conditioning process with Rotating Shoes Cabinet as the proposed improvement to fulfill the special requirement from customer, later it can cut lead time in final assembly area by 28.9% and types of waste like WIP are reduced. en_US
