Abstract:
The objective of this research is to analyze Performance Expectancy, Effort
Expectancy, Social Influence, Hedonic Motivation, Facilitating Condition, Trust,
and Perceived Technology Security towards Behavioral Intention to use LinkAja.
The Population of this study is Jabodetabek area. Data collection used in this
study is questionnaire method. The sample in this study amounted to 175
respondent lived in Jabodetabek area and used purposive sampling method. Data
and the information in this research examined through quantitative research using
Multiple Linear Regression analysis. The result of this data clarified that only
fourth independent variables are influencing the dependent variable with 81.5%
which are Effort Expectancy, Social Influence, Hedonic Motivation, and Trust
towards Behavioral Intention to use LinkAja. This research has an implication for
LinkAja, the company can consider the indicator from the variables such as Effort
Expectancy, Social Influence, Hedonic Motivation and Trust to gain consumer’s
attention.
