dc.description.abstract The issues that emerge when using KRL Access stemmed from flaws in the user interface. This affects passengers’ satisfaction and interest to continue using KRL services. Thus, the aim of this research is how to redesign KRL Access mobile application UI with User-centered Design to improve user experience and usability. A qualitative method is used to collect specific and in-depth data from KRL Access stakeholders. These data are achieved through observations and/or interviews to identify and analyze the problem. The steps are in depth theoretical studies of UI/UX design and User-Centered Design, as well as data collection through virtual observation, interviews with stakeholder and users, and user task analysis. Through this research it was found that to successfully redesign the KRL Access mobile application UI using User-centered Design approach an extensive usability study is needed. Focusing on the iterative process and adjusting the design will greatly improve usability and user experience. en_US
