dc.description.abstract |
Focus of this research minimize the make span and reducing the delay at production process of PT. JKT. Delay happened because the company does not have appropriate scheduling method, because of that some of job order cannot be delivered on time. To solve this problem, the root cause should be attacked by implementing non-delay schedule algorithm method to minimize the make span and reducing the delay. To make a good algorithm, processing time and routing process of job order in every machine should be determine. The result of method implementation shows that, in November 2015 has significant reduction by 24.19% for the make span and 8.1% for tardy job. In December 2015 result also shows significant reduction by 28.33% days for the make span and 19.5% for the tardy job. |
