dc.description.abstract Digital technology has changed the culture and habits of Indonesians which makes it easier and faster especially in financial services. P2P lending platform exist to improve the efficiency of financial systems and provide financial services by the easiest transaction to fulfil the needs. But, there are problems regarding the protection of consumers who make loan transactions with fintech companies, along with the rise of illegal P2P lending that can make bad impact for the legal P2P lending platform. By this issue, the researcher conducts this study to examine the factors that may influence Continuance Intention to Borrow, with confirmation, perceived usefulness, hedonic value, utilitarian value, and satisfaction as the mediator, by Satisfaction who might have a significant influence on Continuance Intention to Borrow. To analyse the data of the P2P lending platform user’s perspective, the researcher used non-probability and purposive sampling by the 280 valid respondents who are experienced use P2P lending, live in Indonesia from the age of 17-56 years old. This study used quantitative method and analyse with Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modelling (PLS-SEM). According to the finding in this study, 280 valid respondents in Indonesia and all the hypothesis in this research were found supported by the data. en_US
