dc.description.abstract This research concludes that the manual process for determining the number of Duplex and PET material orders causes a high cycle time of 25,761 seconds or 429 minutes. High cycle time may affect other departments, if the order is late, it will cause Logistics department and Production department to delay due to not being able to manufacture products on time. After the current system problems are identified, the proposed system uses the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) methodology with VBA Macro as the main tool. The new system is implemented to reduce manual process and cycle time can be reduced to achieve the aim of this research. Implementing this new system reduces the manual process for determining the number of quantity orders for Duplex and PEt materials to 481.1 seconds or 8 minutes. This is a very drastic change because some of the waiting work has been taken over by the material planner. and this gives full rights to the material to the material planner. en_US
