dc.description.abstract |
After evaluating the analysis of the impact on ineffective and inefficient production
processes, a number of conclusions can be drawn that satisfy the aims of this
investigation. These are the essential points:
• Based on the analysis that has been carried out, it can be proven that the
improvement was successfully carried out using the DMAIC (Define
Measurement Analysis Improvement Control) method on the HSD-2 engine
and HSD-8 engine in the production sector which is evidenced by an increase
in the OEE rate value which increased from before and the target was
achieved. Predetermined output productivity.
• The application of autonomous maintenance and CIL (Cleaning Inspection
Lubricate) has a very big impact on the improvements that have been made
where the targeted improvements have been achieved. Improvement can be
seen as successful simply by achieving the targeted productivity output value
and there is no need for a more in-depth cost elaboration. |
