Abstract:
PT YUSHEN is a small Chinese construction company in Indonesia. From December 2023 to February 2023, we observed and interviewed the business process and management of the company for a total of three months. We found that the company's business There are many problems in the process and management, which will cause the company's financial pressure to be high, and the on-site project cannot be completed on time. Therefore, this article will use Six Sigma to research and analyze its business process and management, optimize and improve it, make the business process and management more standardized and reasonable, and lay the foundation for the company's future development.
