Abstract:
Photojournalism is basically a type of journalism that uses images to convey a narrative or idea.
Based on the observations made, the author found a phenomenon about photojournalism that
has a visual power and can tell a story without words. The author's purpose in creating this
article is to inform that photos can tell a story without words. have a unique ability to visually
convey messages and emotions. A photo can tell more stories than words, and convey a million
meanings that cannot be conveyed only by writing. Each person viewing a photo has a different
perspective on the story being told because each person has a different point of view. The way
people can interpret a photo is by looking at it properly, starting from looking at the shape,
expression, color, style, and etc.
