dc.description.abstract Mochi has begun to develop rapidly in Indonesia in recent years. MochiGo is an innovative MSME that focuses on the production and sale of premium mochi which uses purple sweet potato as the basic ingredient, combining traditional flavors with health benefits. We use high quality natural ingredients, without preservatives or artificial coloring, to provide delicious and healthy snacks. Purple sweet potatoes are rich in antioxidants, fiber and vitamins making our mochi an ideal choice for consumers who care about health and are looking for a nutritious snack alternative. MochiGo targets various market segments, including health-conscious consumers, unique culinary lovers, and the millennial generation who are always looking for new innovations in the world of food. Our marketing strategy involves using digital platforms such as social media and marketplaces to reach a wider audience, as well as collaborating with culinary influencers to increase brand awareness. In addition, we participate in culinary exhibitions and festivals to introduce products directly to consumers and build closer relationships with them. Dont forget the 3S skills (Smile, Greetings and Greetings) in our shop for customers so that this can be a differentiator from competitors.
