By specializing in low-mileage used SUVs, the company seeks to distinguish itself from competitors by providing a curated selection of premium vehicles. Nataf Mobilindo complements this offering with a range of value-added services such as transparent vehicle reports, 24-hour technical support, free towing, and one-year free insurance. These features are designed to enhance the customer experience and foster brand loyalty, making Nataf Mobilindo a trusted name in Indonesia's used SUV market. According to Badan Pusat Statistik, Indonesia's economy grew by 5.11% in the first quarter of 2024, with the automotive trade and repair sectors expanding by 7.02%, contributing significantly to this growth (Badan Pusat Statistik, 2024). This increase in economic activity has fueled rising demand for personal transportation, benefiting companies like Nataf Mobilindo. Indonesia’s automotive industry, which produced 147 million vehicles, has seen a significant shift towards SUVs, with these larger, versatile vehicles becoming the most popular choice among consumers. In 2021, SUV sales reached 227,626 units, solidifying their position as a preferred vehicle segment due to their adaptability and appeal in the market (Gaikindo, 2024; CNN, 2022). Recognizing these trends, Nataf Mobilindo has positioned itself to take advantage of the growing SUV market by offering diesel, petrol, and electric SUVs. The company aims to meet the needs of Indonesia’s evolving middle-class consumer base, which increasingly seeks out vehicles that combine utility and style.
