Abstract:
The pet care industry in Indonesia is growing rapidly along with the phenomenon
of pet humanization, where cats and dogs are treated like family members. This
paradigm shift creates significant business opportunities, including in North
Cikarang, Bekasi Regency, which has a dense population and a high rate of pet
ownership, with industry mapping showing 19 active pet shops, the majority of
which were established after 2020. In response to these conditions, the author
designed The Anabul Hub as an integrated pet care service center (one-stop
solution) that combines the sale of quality pet food, professional grooming services,
and hygienic pet hotel facilities. The main differentiation of this business lies in its
fresh, healthy, and preservative-free homemade organic food products, meeting the
needs of urban consumers for safe and transparent pet nutrition. The Anabul Hub
is positioned as a cat and dog specialist as well as an education and community
center with the philosophy "Because They Are Family," along with an adaptive
marketing strategy based on offline-online integration, digital promotions, loyalty
programs, and community collaborations. Starting on an SME scale, this business
is expected to have long-term prospects by becoming a trusted local hub for pet
care in North Cikarang and surrounding areas, strengthening its roots and growing
sustainably within the community.
