dc.description.abstract Employee tardiness is important to enhance quality of company. On the other hand, in and out hour as well as employee’s attendance will give influence to their teams and customer satisfaction. For reaching employee discipline of course there are factors exist such as motivation, salary, and workload. In this study focus on middle class company in Cikarang at PT XYZ since high absenteeism still happen and employee handle a job outside job description. The methodology used is quantitative with a total sample of 62 and using a Likert scale collected through an online survey. Data analysis using SPSS version 27 with T test results that motivation and workload have a positive influence on discipline. However, salary has negative, but significant influence on discipline. Simultaneously (F test) the three variables together Influence employee discipline. en_US
