Inspired by a real journey, Elixiheal creates natural, slow-cooked drinks using fresh
vegetables, each chosen for their healing benefits and nutrient-rich qualities. Every
bottle is crafted with a slow-cooking method that enhances nutrient absorption,
supporting the immune system, improving digestion, and promoting detoxification.
Our recipes follow a strict clean-label approach: no added sugar, no preservatives, no
artificial colors, and no caffeine. Positioned as a healthier alternative to processed
functional beverages, Elixiheal supports a balanced and sustainable lifestyle.
Currently in the pre-launch stage, Elixiheal has completed product development,
finalized packaging design, and established initial partnerships with health stores,
wellness experts, and fitness studios in Medan. The company is preparing to launch its
online store, supported by targeted social media marketing, and aims to build
community engagement through influencer collaborations, expert endorsements, and
wellness-focused content. Customers can purchase directly online or through select
retailers such as Sun Organic and Frozo Young Living. Subscription models with
weekly and monthly delivery options—plus free home delivery within a 3 km radius—
are designed to encourage habit-building and customer loyalty.
From a financial perspective, Elixiheal requires an initial investment of IDR
12,000,000 allocated to raw materials, equipment, branding, marketing, and
operations. Revenue is projected to grow through direct sales, retail partnerships, and
subscription packages, with positive cash flow expected by the second year of
operations. Long-term financial goals include scaling distribution beyond Medan,
expanding into other Indonesian cities, and developing new product variations to
capture a wider health-conscious audience.
On the human resources side, Elixiheal will operate with a lean but effective team in
its early stage. The core team includes marketing and community manager that handled
by the owner, and operations staff for production and distribution. As the company
grows, the team will expand to include nutrition consultants, dedicated sales staff, and
customer service representatives to support a larger customer base and strengthen the
brand’s credibility in the health and wellness sector. By emphasizing sustainability,
accessibility, and functional nutrition, Elixiheal is strategically positioned to join
consumers in their daily healthy practices and to establish itself as a trusted nature-
based health drink brand in the Indonesian market. |
