Abstract:
This study is about the impact of business convenience, quality of service,
technology and perceived risk on depositors' choice to use online banking
satisfaction (President University case studies). With the rapid development of the
global Internet and the global economic development, people's living standards
continue to improve, more and more exchanges of information exchange. The
most important thing about the bank is to find out how to meet customer needs
and get the customer's return. This study used quantitative research methods to
understand whether the product is convenient, the quality of service in line with
the requirements of depositors, banking and risk perception will affect customer
satisfaction and loyalty. 150 respondents from the Indonesia President University
2014 Management major. Using the SPSS statistical tools, the results of this study
showed that the convenience of product projects, the quality of service and the
risk perception of Indonesia President University students choice of online
banking have a significant impact. Online banking technology has no significant
impact.
