Abstract:
There are some Employees Performance problem happens at PT.United Tractors Tbk.Employees Performance will cause organization performance.This research aims to examine the factor that influence employees performance at PT.United Tractors Tbk.There are three independent variables in this research, which are Workload, Job Description and Work Environment.The unit of analysis is Employees at PT.United Tractors Tbk. This quantitative research used primary data, by disributing questionnaire. The data is processed using SPSS (Statistical Product and Service Solution). Result shows that Job Description has significant influence with T-Test result of 2.790 with significance level of 0.006, which is lower than 0.10, and Work Environment has significant influence toward Employees Performance with T-Test result of 4.489 with significance level of 0.000, which is lower than 0.10. The adjusted r squared for this research result is .362. It is predicted that employees has already aware to Workload, so that it has no big effect toward Employees Performance with T-Test result of 0.095 with significance level of 0.924, which is higher than 0.10. Therefore, there should be future research examine this issue deeper including the moderate variable to make clearer influence toward employees performance.
