This research aims to find out the influence between employee value propositions toward employee attractiveness of PT. Aplikasi Karya Anak Bangsa (GO-JEK Indonesia). The employee value propositions will be consist of 5 values, which are interest value, social value, economic value, development value and application value. By using survey method through questionnaires, this research using classical assumption analysis and multiple regression analysis and has result, there are for social, economic and application value has insignificant and negative coefficient toward employee attractiveness. Interest and development value has significant and positive coefficient toward employee attractiveness, and all independent variables have positive simultaneous toward employee attractiveness. It is further recommended that GO-JEK should improve their values on social, economic, and development, GO-JEK also should maintain the good values of interest and development to keep improving and keep on right track. |
