Based on this research, the data were collected through questionnaires distributed to 90 respondents of SMEs owners at Pondok Gede District, Bekasi. The data obtained have met the reliability test, validity test, classical assumption test (normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity), and multiple linear regression analysis to produce regression equation. The result of independent variables significance test shows that business and networks have influence on access to formal finance by SMEs while owner characteristics does not have influence on access to formal finance by SMEs at Bekasi. en_US
