Abstract:
In an effort to anticipate progress in the future, society will become increasingly
demanding for the availability of different shapes and types of health service
quality as well as the increasingly affordable, both economically and its
distribution. PT. Nayaka Era Husada (PT.NEH) engaged in field of health service.
As other service business, PT.NEH must always pay attention to consumer's
behavior, in order to provide comfortable and satisfactory service in public health
care. This research aims to determine the influence of "the communication Media
Towards health care Clinic Poster Nayaka Husada 03 Cibarusah" managed by PT.
Nayaka Era Husada which is located on JL. Cibarusah Raya No. 02 Cibarusah
Cikarang Selatan.
Based on the above, the author does the restriction concerns only a limited
participant PT. Nayaka Era Husada: (1) whether the use of the Communications
Media have a Poster to the decline as a result of a number of pain during the
month of May 2010? (2) how the existence of a communication medium of poster
can be associated clinic mobile health?. By asking 4 statements: (1) how the
opinions of participants/patients about physical facilities of the clinic?, (2) what is
the quality of health care at the clinic?, (3) how the attitude of
participants/patients with communication media presence "poster" about washing
hands with SOAP after holding a poultry, recognize symptoms of bird flu, a
healthy lifestyle and the mosquitoes of dengue in the clinic, and (4) whether
effective communication medium health posters in pairs in the waiting room
patient? The researcher conducted a study based on a large number of
respondents both male and female so expect could represent. This type of
research is used for quantitative and qualitative description, i.e. with data
collection and analysing data through surveys and interviews. Samples taken as
many as 85 people from patient and/or clinic participants of Nayaka Husada 03
Cibarusah, that based on Slovin, purposive sampling method. Data obtained
through the distribution of questionnaire processed with software Excell.
After research it turns out, the poster of the information communication media
health services at the clinic Nayaka Husada 03 Cibarusah did not give figures for
pain reduction effect but there are still other factors outside the researchers do like
work environment, environmental housing, hygiene, personal care, awareness of
individual and family background and educational background.
