dc.description.abstract In this research is conducted to find out the effect of job stress, discipline and organizational culture towards employee performance in PT IPT. The research is using quantitative method with multiple regression as statistical method. This study has variables are Job Stress (X1), Discipline (X2), Organizational Culture (X3) towards Employee Performance (Y) with total of sample is 231 permanent employees in PT IPT. Based on the result, Job Stress (X1) has significant influence toward employee performance in PT IPT, Discipline (X2) has not significant influence toward employee performance in PT IPT, Organizational Culture (X3) has significant influence toward employee performance in PT IPT and Job stress, Discipline, Organizational Culture has simultaneous influence Employee Performance (Y) in PT IPT. Finally, this study can be used as the basic knowledge of human resources management in academic perspective. en_US
