dc.description.abstract This study aimed to analyze the effect of motivation, discipline, and welfare to employee performance. The research was held in Indonesia, specifically in PT. Mondelez Indonesia Manufacturing and the respondents of this research were 135 of employees who works in PT. Mondelez Indonesia Manufacturing. This research used a quantitative method through survey. The analysis technique used in this study is multiple linear regression. Based on the T-test and F test is known that motivation, discipline, and welfare proved have significant effect on the employee performance simultaneously. Whereas based on coefficient correlation table, the number of R2 (Adjusted R Square) is 32.7% indicating that the percentage contribution of the effect from independent variables to the dependent variable 32.7%. It means that motivation, discipline and welfare are influencing employee performance for 32.7%. The rest 67.2% is influencing by other external factor. en_US
