Abstract:
Retaining employees better is one of the indispensable competitive advantages for organization . I n this study, the influence of Job Dissatisfaction (X1) X1), Poor Company Policy (X2 ), Poor Work Environment ( and Work Family Conflict ( toward Resign Intention (Y), a case study of PT. Jiangsu Sunny Mining Indonesia was performed and the sample of survey is 200 respondents.
This study u sed questionnaire to collect primary data and quantitative analysis, which include s validity test and re liability test of questionnaire; weighted mean, the classic assumption s test and multiple regression analysis F test and T test used in data analysis.
The four independent variable s of Job Dissatisfaction, Poor Company Policy, Poor Work Environment and Work Family Conflict have positive influence of Resign Intention.
F test and T test are used to test the Hypothesis. In the F test result, significant equal 0.000, thus, Job Dissatisfaction, Poor Company Policy, Poor Work Environment and Work Family Conflict have simultaneous significant influence toward Resign Intention.
From the result of T test: Job Dissatisfaction, Poor Company Policy and Work Family Conflict have partial significant influence to ward Resign Intention with Job dissatisfaction (sig. =0.015); Poor company policy (sig. =0.045) and Work Family Conflict (sig. =0.000). M eanwhile, Poor W ork E nvironment (sig. = 0.110) does not have partial signi ficant influence to Resign Intention. Thus, according to the result of T test, the final adjusted of multiple regression equation is:

In the coefficient determinations result, R Square equal 0.421, that 42.1% of Resign Intention are explained by Job Dissatisfaction, Poor Company Policy, Poor Work Environment and Work Family Conflict, another 57.9% of Resign Intention are explained by oth er variables which not include in this research.
