dc.description.abstract This research is to determine the influence of office layout, loyalty and discipline toward employee performance in PT. XYZ. Data were collected by structured questionnaire distributed to 110 respondents. PT. XYZ have problems with their office layout, their employees are lack of discipline and they also have high turnover rate. In this research, the researcher used quantitative approach. Hypotheses test which included T-test (partial test) and F-test (simultaneously test) were employed to analyze the data. Based on the analysis of the data, it can be concluded that from the 4 hypotheses, all of them significantly influence employee performance except for loyalty which has no significant influence. The value of Adjusted R Square is 0.871, meaning the 3 independent variables gives 87.1% of influence on employee performance. en_US
