dc.description.abstract This study aims to analyze the Influence of job satisfaction, work motivation, career development towards employee performance AT PT. SRK. The population in this study were all employees of PT. SRK which amounts to 199. The survey research used a questionnaire as an instrument and analyzed using quantitative research with multiple regression models. The results showed that there were a significant between Job Satisfaction, Work Motivation, and Career Development on Employee Performance simultaneously. Through testing the deterrence coefficient (Adjusted R Square) is equal to 0.386 or 38.6%. Showing variables (Job Satisfaction, Work Motivation and Career Development) is quite capable of influencing the dependent variable (Employee Performance). This means that the independent variables affect the dependent variable by 38.6%, while the remaining 61.4% is influenced by other variables not mentioned in the study. en_US
