dc.description.abstract	PT. ZBC Indonesia is a company engaged in the industrial sector, namely producing electrical panels. In carrying out its production activities it is closely related to the supply of raw materials that must be available for the smooth production process. This study aims to determine the control of electrical material inventory of PT. ZBC Unfortunately, the implementation of Economic Order Quantity still have flaw and resulting high inventory cost and inefficient order generation. The current system will be compared with the Joint Replenishment method based on ABC Analysis. PT. ZBC will forecast the demand and sent to vendor in Vendor Managed Inventory system. The result shows that by implementing Joint Replenishment and Vendor Managed Inventory can save both work efficiency and cost incurred of IDR 45.255.588,76 or 2.31% in percentage.	en_US
