Abstract:
UTPE does not have a job loading measurement for each position given to one worker and the number of workers needed to load certain jobs. The workload does not distribute and is a waste. In addition, no one measures workload compared to the demand for (Man Power Planning) which is less carefully calculated. There are five department include in HCGA&ESR division. Then PDC (Patria Development Center) will be analyzed. Full Time Equivalent (FTE) will be used as a main method for this research. According to the research two of five employees experiencing overload. Which has 228.8 % and 252.8% in a row. Then will be maintained using work sampling either idle or not comparing to the percentage of workload. NASA-TLX will be used as a perspective workload based on employee. While to reduce the load below 120% the company should renew the job desc of those positions. Moreover, hired new employee to support the load not an intern student who has limitedness of doing the task. And also, could reduce the human resource using 1-2 new employee rather to use 5-6 intern student.
