dc.description.abstract |
Purpose
The purpose of this study is to analyze the impact of employees role overload toward sales performance which is mediating by interaction quality based on the Toyota’s employee in PT. Toyota Setia Jaya Mobilindo Bogor.
Design/Methodology/Approach
A questionnaire with the total of 22 items statement was distributed through digital and also in printed paper to the employee of PT. Toyota Setia Jaya Mobilindo in Bogor which is using purposive sampling method. This study was collected from 75 respondents that met the criteria of respondent. First the author checked the data for its construct validity and reliability, and then tested the hypothesis by using SmartPLS as the tools.
Findings
This research found that role overload does not have a significant impact on interaction quality. But customer orientation has a significant impact on interaction quality, and interaction quality has a significant impact on sales performance.
Originality/Value
The present research should be different from the previous research that is also investigated about the role overload. This research is investigating about the relationship between role overload and sales performance. This research helps business industry to understand about how important of role overload in order to increase the sales performance. |
