dc.description.abstract The property and infrastructure market were increasing every year, it gives a positive impact on building material stores (BeritaSatu, 2017). There are a lot of constructions in Jakarta specially to build apartments, offices, hotels, housing and etc. Construction of skyscrapers increased rapidly in 2016. Mainly in Jakarta, it is because of high demand for new office spaces that popping up in the markets (Lestari, 2017). That’s meant a lot of peoples need building materials or construction materials to build or renovation their building. It shows a good opportunity to open building materials store in the city. However, there is a tight competition in building materials store because some peoples already know about the opportunity of this business in the future. BERUANG needs to have certain uniqueness in order to be different with competitors. BERUANG will provide new experience in building material store, which have different concept than other competitors. BERUANG will be located in a place that is easy to reach, precisely in downtown Jakarta where has a lot of construction development. Other than that, BERUANG will be created as innovate and comfortable as possible to reach customer satisfactions. Convenience shopping environment, quantity of stock, quality of products, delivery on time and competitive price will make customer feel comfortable when they’re shopping in BERUANG. Customers can choose 3 types of shopping according to what they want, which are customer can directly go to the cashier to order the goods or customer can see the product first by visiting to the exhibition zone and or customer can see what goods are sold in BERUANG through the website on tablet computer that will be provided in the physical store. BERUANG will use modern technology such as web database system for cashier, inventory and also website and email that aims to facilitate customers in ordering, conducting transaction activities and also to facilitate the company in recording the sales activities in BERUANG. The targets are Business-to-Business and Business-to-Consumer market segment, they are building developer companies, supplier of building materials and home deco lovers. BERUANG will need IDR 1,576,873,000 as its establishment budget that will be utilized for building renovation, land rent, equipment purchase, marketing and etc. The financial report of BERUANG is projected for three years. en_US
