At the environment of supplier chain, in order to survive and keep further development, the company pays more attention to develop and external its core business. Itbecomes necessary to obtain resource from external. So it has been become very important to choose suitable supplier. How to choose supplier and manage supplier, which has raised as important issue of supplier chain management. From the strategy of buildingit’s competitive advance, the core enterprises management of upstream suppliers depends on their correct evaluation and selection of suppliers.And establish a long-term partnership with it. This article is to study deeply the issue of supplier evaluationand assessment of core enterprise. Firstly introduces some theory knowledge of the supplier chain and supply chain management, and then present the definition of core enterprise. Secondly based on the opinions of10 people from 3 departments, the criteria for supplier evaluation are proposed, and the comparison matrix between the criteria is given.Establishmentof supplier evaluation system based on network analytic hierarchy process(AHP). The finding of this result are what criteria is the most important and which supplier has a best performance by using AHP calculation and actual analysis. |
