DETERMINANT FACTORS OF SAFETY PERFORMANCE IN CHINA CONSTRUCTION GROUP CO.,LTD.

Abstract

Safety performance is the basis of enterprise's overall safety, and good safety performance plays a positive role in the realization of enterprise's overall safety. To further explore the influencing factors of safety performance on construction enterprises, this study aims to analyze the influencing factors of safety performance of construction enterprises in China Construction Group. This study adopts the method of quantitative research, and carries out data collection and analysis on the basis of questionnaire survey.The survey objects are some employees of Chinese construction enterprises, and 100 of them are investigated. It is found that safety behavior and safety communication have a significant effect on safety performance, while safety culture, safety attitude and safety knowledge have no significant effect on safety performance. The results show that the R squared is 0.542, that is, the interpretation rate of safety behavior, safety communication, safety attitude, safety culture and safety knowledge is 54.2% for safety performance, and the remaining 45.8% are affected by other variables not covered by this study.
