dc.description.abstract Interpersonal communication is the part of daily communication that should be done to interact among people. This research lifts the study case of a surfing instructor in Canggu, Bali, who enhanced his interpersonal communication skill through conducting personal selling. This surfing instructor is not merely selling his service, but also able to maintain customer loyalty by spreading positive emotions to his customers. Therefore, this research tries to analyze the interpersonal communication efforts to attract customers by using the qualitative research method. Furthermore, this research provides adequate data to prove the effort of the surfing instructor to fulfill his job and the proof from the customers to clarify the data. en_US
