dc.description.abstract As China's overall national strength continues to increase, Hollywood has also begun to attach importance to the Chinese film market. Hollywood directors increasingly favor things with Chinese cultural characteristics. This also shows that global cultural exchanges are becoming more frequent and the Chinese market has huge potential. The “Chinese elements” that first appeared in Hollywood movies were mainly characters and landscapes with contemptuous colors, and they also conveyed a poor image of China. However, as China's national strength continues to increase, coupled with frequent global cultural exchanges, the use of "Chinese elements" in Hollywood movies has also changed. This article will start with these changes and focus on analyzing how Hollywood films that have cooperated with China have improved Sino-US relations from 2014 to 2019 since the beginning of the 21st century, and why these changes have occurred. en_US
