Abstract:
This study is about the Factors That Influence Customer Satisfaction of ZARA in
Jakarta. With the rapid growth of economy, the advancement of the general public,
individuals' expectations for everyday comforts proceed to enhance and consistent
interest vogue and quick beat, high quality goods was also seen as important
things. For clothing products the most important thing is to find out how to satisfy
their customers, and get the return customers. In this review, quantitative research
methods are used to find the service quality, brand image and price whether affect
Jakarta Zara's customer satisfaction. Data collected from 130 respondents, they go
to Jakarta, Zara in shopping. Through the SPSS analysis, this study result shows
the service quality has a great influence on client satisfaction. In the future,
Jakarta Zara store should improve service quality.
