Abstract:
Purpose The purpose of this research to find out the analysis of the influence of
emotional intelligence, self-efficacy, attitude, and subjective norms towards social
entrepreneurial intention in President University’s students.
Design / Methodology / Approach In order to conduct this study, quantitative
research was chosen an online questionnaire of 22 statements. 205 respondents
responded were participated in this research. The sample specifically targeted to
President University students from Faculty of Business batch 2015. Multiple
Regression Analysis with SPSS was utilized as a statistical tool analysis to test the
hypothesis.
Findings This study found that there are significant influence between self-efficacy,
attitude, and subjective norms towards social entrepreneurial intention in partially. And
also there is significant influence simultaneously between emotional intelligence, selfefficacy, attitude, and subjective norms towards social entrepreneurial intention in
President University students.
Originality/Value The originality of this research is regarding the context of social
entrepreneurial intention for university student. The study analyze the influence of
emotional intelligence, self-efficacy, attitude, and subjective norms on social
entrepreneurial intention in President University’s students has not been done before.
