Abstract:
The impact of the Korean Wave that continues to spread throughout the world, has made South Korea aware of its country's tourism potential to attract the attention of world tourists coming to South Korea, especially considering the increase in Muslim tourists coming to South Korea, the Korean government sees this as a high-potential business opportunity, hence why the government of South Korea adopted a Muslim-Friendly Tourism Policy as a form of public diplomacy, especially for Muslim communities who come from countries with the majority of Muslim population. This study aims to the various strategies are carried out by the South Korean Government in implementing the Korea Muslim Friendly Program with the Products and Facilities that have been developed. This research uses a case study method with a qualitative approach, the result of this research is the Country to country relationship that is built between the South Korean Government and Muslim tourists who mostly come from Muslim countries or whose majority are Muslim.
