Abstract:
This research aimed to analyze the financial incentitves and the influences towards job performance in Indonesia Heritage Foundation. The sample for this research is employees who work in Indonesia Heritage Foundation.This research applied purposive sampling that common used in qualitative studies. This research involves 27 respondents, which consist of 9 male respondents, and 18 female respondents.
This research used qualitative method and conducts the interview and observation in the head office of Indonesia Heritage Foundation. The result of interview and observation was recapped and convert into the interview transcript. Later on, the result of interview was compared with the theory in literature review.
